Novaria (she/her), or Nova for short, is a trans woman who has spent most of her life in Georgia. Smyrna has been called home since 2023 when she moved from the Kennesaw area, but she has lived in Atlanta and Marietta before that. She lives with her daughter, partner, and their four beloved cats. Nova wears many hats—she is a small business owner, an artist who loves experimenting with electronics and various media, a gardener with a green thumb, a game designer with a knack for innovation, and a dedicated LGBTQIA+ activist.

Her commitment to community service is evident through her extensive volunteer work with numerous non-profits, where she has often taken the lead in organizing and guiding groups at various events. Nova is excited to ensure that Smyrna is a welcoming and vibrant place for all its residents
